Often a shoulder issue is due to a decrease in freedom of the hip joints. Hip joint issues often stem from an immobile rib cage. Knee problems are related to tight ankles or hips. Deep conscious breathing giving you an opportunity to access hidden dimensions of your personality and re-calibrate your breathing patters, neuromuscular system, and emotional body. Integral Breath Therapy empowers you to bring awareness, courage, and insight into those parts of yourself that you would like to strengthen and enables you to release self-defeating patterns and behaviors. Whenever we experience trauma or are overwhelmed, we each create emotional responses with specific breathing patterns which help fuel the emotional states we keep; either avoid or compulsively recreate.

By breathing into the emotional state with a fully activated breath, you have the power to liberate yourself from beliefs and patters that no longer serve you.

*Please bring a Yoga mat, blanket, journal, water bottle and something comfortable to cover your eyes with.

Restorative yoga targets the body’s deeper connective tissues in order to achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation with the aid of props. This passive form of yoga allows you to benefit from gravity and to rest on the props while your parasympathetic nervous system is activated. Restorative yoga provides healing for the body and the mind. It is especially useful when you need to eliminate fatigue and stress that result from your daily activities. Constant practice of restorative yoga will make your body less vulnerable to stress-related illness and help you achieve optimal health.

Please register to hold your space in the class.

What to bring:

  • Water bottle
  • Hand Towel
  • Light blanket to cover – optional
