Lee Ann opens a space for self-healing that will help you enter a state of deep peace while allowing your intuition and psychic abilities to become stronger and more accurate.

Leave the world behind as you sink into these universal healing sounds that create a new opportunity for you to clear and re-balance every cell in your body. The crystal bowls are tuned to correspond to the chakras and are one of the most powerful chakra balancing tools available. Other instruments that you hear will take you further into your journey of healing.

The Symphonic gong washes the body in a series of waves that reach the very depths of consciousness, moving through our tissues and organs, releasing blockages, restoring homeostasis and creating a profound sense of peace and relaxation.

We want you to be comfortable lying on the floor, so bring pads, bolsters, yoga mats, pillows, and blankets or anything else that will help you relax and stay warm.

  • Bring your crystal, special stones, stones or any spiritual item- the vibrational sounds will clear and recharge them, just like they do for you!
  • Bring a container of water from home-Mason jars work great. Having your water bathe in the Sounds of the crystal bowls will create your own sacred drinking water.

Restorative yoga targets the body’s deeper connective tissues in order to achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation with the aid of props. This passive form of yoga allows you to benefit from gravity and to rest on the props while your parasympathetic nervous system is activated. Restorative yoga provides healing for the body and the mind. It is especially useful when you need to eliminate fatigue and stress that result from your daily activities. Constant practice of restorative yoga will make your body less vulnerable to stress-related illness and help you achieve optimal health.
