Meditation Classes and Workshops
Hana Holbus, MSOM, LAc is a Licensed Acupuncturist and Chinese medical herbalist. She studied at the Midwest College of Oriental Medicine where she earned a Master’s Degree in Oriental Medicine and Acupuncture.
Hana is a seasoned meditation instructor who has been practicing and teaching meditation for nearly two decades. She had studied under international Qigong Master Chunyi Lin of Spring Forest Qigong, where she earned a recognition as a Master Healer.
Hana’s unique system of Mind/Body Teachings incorporates techniques of mind/body awareness and integration, based on Eastern contemplative traditions (taoist, buddhist, and vedic). Classes include simple stretches and self-acupressure, exercises that incorporate breath, gentle movement, and visualization, and guided sitting meditation.
The focus of the classes is to gain deeper awareness of mind and body, integrating these two aspects of ourselves into a whole being. The result – increased focus, calmer, more joyous mind, and improved stamina and flexibility.
Hana says: “My teachings have been shaped by my own spiritual experiences. It is the first-hand, authentic experience that has guided me in creating meditation classes that are practical, experiential, and easy to follow. My focus is on giving students the tools for achieving inner balance, tranquility, and for living a joyful life.”
