Lymphatic Massage–

The lymphatic system is critical to your body’s ability to maintain a healthy immune system. The lymph system filters toxins and foreign substances, drains stagnant fluids, eliminates metabolic wastes, and regenerates tissues. Lymphatic Drainage Therapy (LDT) is used by doctors, osteopaths, chiropractors, dentists, physical therapists, massage therapists, lymphedema specialists, and bodyworkers. It is the hands-on technique of manually manipulating the lymph capillaries, vessels and nodes to attain and sustain a properly functioning lymph system which has been compromised or stopped by burns, surgery, trauma, infections, swelling, fatigue, inactivity, stress or age. Lymph massage is performed either manually or with the MediCupping.

Medi Cupping—
The action of MediCupping, on a superficial level, helps facilitate and mobilize soft tissue and fluids by mobilizing inflammation and toxins to the skin and lymphatic systems which processes and eliminates them. On a deeper level, MediCupping separates tissues enabling fluid movement (blood and lymph) to stressed and compromised tissue thereby opening the area for other manual manipulation. This separation enables water absorption and renewed blood flow to undernourished tissues. An example is a scar, whether new or very old, this modality positively affects the layers to increase mobility of tissues and range of motion Conditions positively affected by MediCupping: Deep Tissue and structural issues—old injuries and chronic movement patterns; Arthritis, tendonitis, bursitis; Scarring—old, new, keloid, post-surgery; Loose skin and old deposits from weight loss; Lymphadema; Fibromyalgia; Sports—injuries and post-event conditions; Cellulite; COPD; Parkinson’s disease and more.

Raindrop Therapy/Aromatherapy—
Raindrop Therapy is a healing technique which combines aromatherapy, reflexology, massage and moist heat to promote healing and support the body’s balance and harmony mentally, physically, and emotionally through structural and electrical alignment of the body. When applied to the body, the essential oils are absorbed into the skin and travel through the dermis levels into the interstitial fluids. Once in the lymphatic system they are helpful in fighting bacteria and viruses that travel through the body and improving the immune system. The raindrop technique can have many benefits since it is a detoxifying process and may benefit the body for up to a week after the treatment. The technique is very relaxing and it is recommended that one rest after the massage. Conditions positively affected by Raindrop Therapy: Increase in energy levels; Relief from emotional issues and depression; Hastening recovery from colds and flu; Aiding in the prevention of colds and flu; Boosting the immune system; Relief from arthritis; Relief from fibromyalgia; Detoxification; Improves Lymph System Circulation; Reduces Muscle, Spinal and Joint Pain & Inflammation; Eradicates Viruses and Bacteria; Promotes Healthy Cell Regeneration; Promotes Physical and Electrical Balance; Promotes Metabolic Balance
