GROUP SOUND HEALING EXPERIENCE @ Lower Level Education Center
Jan 24 @ 6:30 pm – 7:45 pm
GROUP SOUND HEALING EXPERIENCE @ Lower Level Education Center

Lee Ann opens a space for self-healing. She will help you to enter a state of deep peace and healing, while allowing your intuition and psychic abilities to become stronger and more accurate.

Leave the world behind as you sink into these universal healing sounds that create a new opportunity for you to clear and rebalance every cell in your body.

The crystal singing bowls are tuned to correspond to the chakras and are one of the most powerful chakra balancing tools available. Other instruments that you will hear, will take you further into your journey of healing.

The Symphonic gong washes the body in a series of waves that reach the very depths of consciousness, moving through our tissues and organs, releasing blockages, restoring homeostasis and creating a profound sense of peace and relaxation.

We want you to be comfortable lying on the floor, so bring pads, bolsters, yoga mats, pillows, and blankets or anything else that will help you relax and stay warm.

Bring your crystals, special stones or gems or any spiritual item – the vibrational sounds will clear and recharge them, just like they do for you!

Bring a container of water  from home (mason jars work great) Having your water bathe in the Sounds of the crystal bowls will create your own sacred water for drinking and putting on body.

Some benefits of Sound Therapy:

  • Affects all cells in your body
  • Balances both hemispheres of the brain
  • Changes our old patterns of behavior, habits and way of thinking that no longer serve us and are harmful to our health
  • Cleanses negative energy and emotions
  • Deepens relaxation
  • Aids depression
  • Improves sleep
  • Helps to recover after illness, traumas and invasive medical treatments
  • Helps to cope with life’s challenges
  • Increases vital energy flow, creativity, intuition and motivation
  • Makes positive changes to our whole being
  • Removes blockages and toxins
  • Self-regeneration
  • Soothes, purify and harmonize your emotions and feelings
  • Stimulates circulation

  • Connecting with your higher self

Singing bowls have been used for centuries as a tool for shifting into meditative states and emotional quietude. Research has found that specific gemstone-infused crystal bowls resonate with powerful healing properties. Thes bowls were designed to amplify our natural bio-frequencies for healing and balancing at every level. Upon first listening to this extraordinary music, many report an immediate and profound sense of soothing calm, relaxation, and centering.
