SENSING YOUR SPINE…FOR OPTIMAL USE

We will be doing movements with our pelvis, chest, abdomen and shoulders to clarify how we can use these parts to enhance or restrict our spine. We will discover, through slow exploration, where imbalance and excess muscle-use leads to back issues.

This class incorporates gentle seated and standing postures through the use of props or adaptations of postures if needed. Benefits include regaining strength and flexibility, managing treatment side effects and cultivating joy in your daily living. Open to those in active treatment and recovery as a complement to traditional medical therapies.
