Qigong is an ancient Chinese healing practice that combines and coordinates physical movements and breathing with a calm, meditative state of mind. It is used for the purposes of health, spirituality, and martial-arts training and as a method of cultivating and balancing “Qi” or “life energy”.

Ba Duan Jin is one of the oldest and most popular Qigong sets and consists of 8 non-strenuous exercises that are easy to learn and can be practiced by people of all ages.
