This is an art based supportive class for teens. We will use the creative process to explore and express ideas and feelings from everyday life to existential questions such as searching for meaning. Feel free to come to just one or all classes!

This arts-based class will help improve focus and attention in kids with a diagnosis of ADHD-acknowledging their strengths and encouraging their talents! Pre-Registration required.
The Alexander Technique addresses how we hold ourselves upright and how we find balance in activity. How can we discover if our habits are helping or hindering us? The class will explore principles of the Alexander Technique through movement. Wear comfortable clothes. Bring a yoga mat or towel for floor work, a water bottle and anything else needed for your comfort. The class concludes on the floor with a guided constructive rest. Please register in advance.
