Integral Breath Therapy
Cost: $50 per couple, $30 single
Registration is Required. 773-234-1239 (call or text to register)
Deep conscious breathing giving you an opportunity to access hidden dimensions of your personality and re-calibrate your breathing patters, neuromuscular system, and emotional body. Integral Breath Therapy empowers you to bring awareness, courage, and insight into those parts of yourself that you would like to strengthen and enables you to release self-defeating patterns and behaviors. Whenever we experience trauma or are overwhelmed, we each create emotional responses with specific breathing patterns which help fuel the emotional states we keep; either avoid or compulsively recreate.
By breathing into the emotional state with a fully activated breath, you have the power to liberate yourself from beliefs and patters that no longer serve you.
*Please bring a Yoga mat, blanket, journal, water bottle and something comfortable to cover your eyes with.
