In this class you will find out why having a business plan will increase your odds of success, and learn how to write one. This course is taught by Laurel Kashinn who has launched and run four small businesses over the past 23 years. In this workshop she will share her knowledge about writing business plans.
Last class for on-going monthly Book Writing Strategies workshop…This class is for those who want to write a book but don’t know how to fit writing into your life. Regardless of the stage of you’re writing, this monthly workshop will keep help you stay on Not a writing critique session, its a writer’s goal-setting and accountability group, designed to share writing productivity tips, set and share writing goals, brainstorm how to get around your specific obstacles to writing, and help each other stay on track to complete your manuscripts. Each meeting there will be a specific topic on some aspect of writing, editing, or publishing, to be determined by the group.
Ecstatic Dance incorporates free fluid movement connecting your mind, body and soul. This sacred movement allows one to access their inner God or Goddess. As a community, we gather to express our love of freedom, dance and connectivity. Ecstatic dance empowers individuals of all shapes and sizes. This is a courageous atmosphere of nonspecific movement. This dance may be experienced as a form of movement meditation and one may feel and express a variety of emotions. This type of dance allows one to shake off their shyness, to see themselves in a new light, and become immersed in the present moment.
Please bring: Yoga mat, water bottle, comfortable clothes that allow for free movement. If you tend to be cold, please bring layers for warmth. You may bring musical instruments such as rattles, flutes and drums. Some bring blindfolds to keep their attention inward.
