Ongoing monthly workshop on the 4th Thursday of the month is for those who want to write a book but don’t know how to fit writing into your life. Regardless of the stage of you’re writing, this monthly workshop will keep help you stay on Not a writing critique session, its a writer’s goal-setting and accountability group, designed to share writing productivity tips, set and share writing goals, brainstorm how to get around your specific obstacles to writing, and help each other stay on track to complete your manuscripts. Each meeting there will be a specific topic on some aspect of writing, editing, or publishing, to be determined by the group.

The Alexander Technique addresses how we hold ourselves upright and how we find balance in activity. How can we discover if our habits are helping or hindering us? The class will explore principles of the Alexander Technique through movement. Wear comfortable clothes. Bring a yoga mat or towel for floor work, a water bottle and anything else needed for your comfort. The class concludes on the floor with a guided constructive rest. Please register in advance.
