We begin our journey with the most simple and most important- gratitude and thankfulness.

5/22: Class 2: Healing the Wounds.

Discussion and Meditation on releasing the thought process that holds us back from living a self-actualized life.

6/5: Class 3: Forgiveness.

Forgiveness of the people that have hurt us in our lives and most importantly, forgiveness of ourselves.

6/19: Class 4: Opening the Way.

Discussion and Meditation on clearing our energy and opening the way of knowing we deserve to be fulfilled and understanding the ability to manifest.

7/3: Class 5: Spirit Guides.

Meeting and receiving messages from our spirit guides.

7/17: Class 6: Joy.

What is Joy? What stops us from feeling joy and how do we make it a part of our everyday life? Joy is the ‘secret’.

7/31: Class 7: Purpose.

Aligning with our divine purpose.
