POWER YOGA

Power Yoga

This class is geared to athletes and those looking for a more challenging
practice no matter their level of yoga experience. We will warm up and then
flow though intermediate asana sequences that combines movement with
longer holds to build strength, flexibility and concentration of mind and
body. A cool down and final resting pose completes the practice.

Registration is required.

MINDFUL YOGA

Mindful Yoga

This class is geared to those looking for a gentler practice with a slower
pace, with specific cues that connect breath to movement and foster greater
awareness. We begin with a short mediation followed by warm up poses,
asana sequences and then a wind down and final resting pose to complete
the practice.

BEGINNER YOGA 8-WEEK SERIES

Beginner Yoga Series

This series of eight weekly sessions provides a thorough introduction to the
practice and purpose of yoga including meditation, breathwork, poses,
sequences, yoga philosophy, and time for student Q&A. Class size will be
limited to six in order to ensure individualized attention for each student.
Students will need to purchase and bring to each class their own yoga mat,
block, and strap.

Registration is required.

ALL LEVELS VINYASA FLOW

This class is geared to all levels of students, with cues for leveling up or
modifying to fit the student’s skill level. We will stretch, breathe and move
through a vinyasa flow practice at a moderate pace. A wind-down sequence
and final resting pose completes the practice.
