This class will teach you to control your weight naturally. You will be taught the techniques of imagination training, stress management and self-hypnosis for personal empowerment. Group weight loss hypnosis sessions will be given each week to help participants achieve their goals. Note: Last class 5/14 will be held in the Lower Level Studio
