Hello and Welcome to my page!

It brings me so much joy to be able to offer one-on-one sessions and group classes designed to heal and empower people. At the heart of my work is the goal of moving energy through the body for optimal health and well-being. As we are made of energy, our energetic systems require movement and flow in order to function as the body is naturally designed to function. In a state of flow, without the congestion caused by stress and challenging emotions, our bodies can maintain a stable equilibrium or state of homeostasis – the perfect state for the bodies natural healing processes to occur.

I’m Bethamie Wyatt, and I’m an experienced, Certified Emotion Code Practitioner and founder of B’moved Healing Therapies providing emotion release therapy, as well as, Nia holistic dance, Restorative Yoga, Group Meditations, and Self-Care Coaching.

In addition, I hold a Master’s Degree in Women’s Studies with a concentration in women’s health education from Eastern Michigan University.  For over 15 years, I have provided safe and supportive health education workshops focusing on the physical, social and emotional health of women and girls.

About The EMOTION CODE Technique

The Emotion Code is a bio-energetic healing technique that frees the body of the weight of trapped emotions. This simple and gentle technique, using kinesiology or muscle-testing, releases years of built-up emotions that are often at the root of many physical ailments and emotional disturbances. Releasing these trapped emotions (with the use of healing magnets) often results in transformational experiences, allowing people to live a life of more clarity, balance, and flow, unstuck on their life paths and significantly happier and more content.

About NIA HOLISTIC DANCE – accessible movement for EveryBody!

As a certified and licensed Nia Brown Belt instructor, I create a space for healing and choosing Joy through movement. Nia, or Neuromuscular Integrative Action, is a sensory-based movement practice fusing nine different movement forms from the dance arts, martial arts and the healing arts including yoga. As a cardiovascular exercise, Nia builds flexibility, agility, mobility, strength and stability. Although the focus of Nia is on finding pleasure in moving and It is an effective practice for weight-loss and many people have shared testimonials reporting the ways it has helped them deal with depression, anxiety, diabetes, arthritis and fibromyalgia to name a few.

In my classes, I balance the joy, excitement and fun of Nia with its calming, healing components. An instructor since 2008, I facilitate Nia classes and workshops that encourage community and connection among class participants. Impressions from my cultural experiences in Senegal, West Africa, Belize, Central America and South Africa can be felt in my classes through the sounds and rhythms of these musically rich places. Each gathering with me is a unique experience with a blend of broad influences that allow me to provide a quality education around health and movement wellness while building a rapport with a diverse group of participants. After a Nia class with me, you are sure to step into your day on the “Nia cloud” – strong and determined yet relaxed and rejuvenated!

Reiki Sessions

Hello! My name is Isabelle and I am a yoga instructor and a Reiki 2 Practitioner.

I was introduced to Reiki by my close friend Reiki Master, Caroline Reese.  I did Reiki 1 and Reiki 2 with her. She is also the founder and CEO of Satori324.

I was blown away by what I experienced during my attunement. I am amazed at what blessing this path has brought into my life and I love sharing that magical energy and wisdom with others. I did my RYT-200 yoga alliance through Empower yoga at Milwaukee.

What I love about my practice is it helps me to feel grounded, focused on my breath and relaxed. Learning to be in present moment and to let go of what is no longer serving me has a huge impact on my everyday life.

My intention is to allow my students to reconnect on their own mat through movements and connection to the breath. This will help them to listen to their bodies and to be in the “now.”
