Singing bowls have been used for centuries as a tool for shifting into meditative states and emotional quietude. Research has found that specific gemstone-infused crystal bowls resonate with powerful healing properties. These bowls were designed to amplify our natural bio-frequencies for healing and balancing at every level. Upon first listening to this extraordinary music, many report an immediate and profound sense of soothing calm, relaxation, and centering.

Give yourself the gift of healing during this very interesting time—elevating your spirit and expanding your consciousness.

Please bring blankets or yoga mat and pillows for comfort to lie on the floor. Chairs available if you prefer to sit.

In this hour together, we will be listening to a transmission with the Sacred Healing Bowls to connect with the energies of the archangels and to the grids of the earth and central sun. Within this higher light we journey to the Temple of the Higher Heart where we connect with the radiance pouring through the Vortex of Sirius. This is a time of new birth and of new life. It is the time of the grandest transmutation, the grandest transformation and yes, the grandest transcendence that has ever occurred. The Goddess is returning and She brings with Her a Light, a light that once lit, cannot be extinguished.

Restorative yoga targets the body’s deeper connective tissues in order to achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation with the aid of props. This passive form of yoga allows you to benefit from gravity and to rest on the props while your parasympathetic nervous system is activated. Restorative yoga provides healing for the body and the mind. It is especially useful when you need to eliminate fatigue and stress that result from your daily activities. Constant practice of restorative yoga will make your body less vulnerable to stress-related illness and help you achieve optimal health.

Please register to hold your space in the class.
