Is your child struggling with separation or divorce? Help him/her understand that no matter what happens with adult relationships, a child is never to blame. Your child will be supported in expressing thoughts & feelings through visual arts, movement and yoga breathing techniques. The creative arts and play therapy are natural ways for children to reduce anxiety, process their world and continue developing with confidence and grace. A parent or guardian is encouraged to participate in the first and last sessions in order to affirm each child’s importance. The last session will be a celebration of the positive coping skills and strengths discovered in class.
