Learn a series of simple and easy to perform exercises that can make a big difference in how your body feels.  This program incorporates the principles of the slow, relaxed movement of Tai Chi Chuan and is ideal for middle-aged and seniors.

Each week you will learn four exercises that are specifically designed to impact the well-being of each of the following  major body areas:

  1. Neck
  2. Shoulders
  3. Fingers & Wrists
  4. Back & Hips
  5. Knees & Ankles

Ongoing, regular practice of these exercise will help:

  • Increase your range of motion and flexibility
