Massage

Massage and bodywork can help the body realign, restore and maintain full “working” potential and maintain homeostasis or balance. The practitioner’s hands physiologically affects the body through mechanical, reflexive, and metabolic means. The shape and condition of the skin, fascia, muscle and connective tissues are affected mechanically through pressure and manipulation. which enhances movement and pliability.

Massage is beneficial to the Lymph System which has been compromised or stopped by burns, surgery, trauma, infections, swelling, fatigue, inactivity, stress or age. Lymph massage is performed either manually or with the MediCupping.
