QIGONG

Qigong (chee-gong) means nurturing energy.  It is a system practiced for health maintenance, healing and increasing vitality.  The practice includes a posture (moving or standing still), breathing techniques, and mental focus. With gentle movements, Qigong reduces stress, improves stamina and helps strengthen the immune system.
